Meet Ashley
A licensed massage therapist trained across multiple modalities, with a holistic view of healing.
Ashley honors both sides of strength, the push to move forward and the courage to slow down and rest. Her philosophy is simple: care for the whole person, not just the sore spot, so every session adapts to what you bring in that day.
Book with AshleyCommon questions about massage therapy
A 60-minute massage typically runs $85 to $110, and a 90-minute session $120 to $150. Package deals save you money on multiple sessions, and healthcare workers, military members, and veterans get $10 off every time.
It depends on your goals. Once a month works well for general wellness and stress; every 2 weeks helps with chronic pain; athletes often go weekly during training. Ashley will suggest a rhythm based on your needs.
Most people undress to their comfort level under the sheets, and only the area being worked on is uncovered. Keep underwear on if that feels better. What matters most is that you feel relaxed.
It uses firm pressure but should not be painful. You may feel some "good pain" on very tight areas, and it is temporary. Always tell your therapist if the pressure is too much and she will adjust.
Yes. Add a sauna session before your massage to warm up muscles, or after to enhance detox and relaxation. Book your massage first, then add the sauna through our booking system.
