Getting a tattoo with me is meant to feel calm, personal, and intentional. I want you to feel taken care of from the moment you send your idea, all the way through healing. My goal is for you to walk in feeling comfortable, supported, and excited, and to walk out with something meaningful that feels perfectly you. #1 Submit Your Tattoo Request Fill out the online form with your idea and photos. I'll review it personally. If it's a good fit, you're approved to book. Approval doesn't mean confirmed yet. It just means you can pick your date.
#2 Choose Your Appointment Date Once approved, select your date and time. A small deposit secures your spot and goes toward your total. Pick a date when you can avoid swimming, hot tubs, and heavy sweating so your tattoo heals well.
#3 Confirmation & Reminders After your deposit, you'll get confirmation with everything you need to feel prepared. Gentle reminders come as your date gets closer. Need to reschedule? Your first change is free. After that, a new deposit is needed.
#4 Arrival, Design & Setup Come a few minutes early to relax and settle in. We'll review your idea and finalize the design together. Try different sizes and placements in the studio to find what feels right. Everything is sterilized before we start.
#5 During Your Tattoo I'll guide you through at a comfortable pace. Take breaks whenever you need them. Your comfort comes first. Chat, relax, or listen to music. This is your time.
#6 Aftercare Instructions You'll get clear aftercare steps in person and in writing. Your appointment includes aftercare products, so you leave with everything needed for smooth, healthy healing.
#7 Checkout & Touch-Ups Your deposit applies to your total at checkout. One free touch-up is included. Book it one month after your tattoo through a special link. No approval needed.
#8 Support After Your Appointment Questions during healing? Reach out anytime with photos or concerns. You're supported beyond your appointment. I'm here through your entire healing process.
