Every piece begins with your story. Take a few minutes to understand Bella’s process and gather the details that will help her thoughtfully review your idea.
What to prepare
Help Bella see the full picture.
The more complete your request, the easier it is to understand your vision and determine whether the project is the right fit for the upcoming booking cycle.
Your idea
Describe the story, feeling, or subject you would like the piece to hold.
Placement & size
Share the area of the body and an approximate size so Bella can understand the scope. Ideas sometimes evolve after booking, and that is completely okay—you and Bella will refine the final direction together.
Inspiration
Reference images, including images created with ChatGPT or other AI tools, can help communicate a feeling or direction. Please remember that AI does not create the best interpretation for skin; Bella will translate the inspiration into artwork designed specifically for your body.
Honor the schedule
Bella works from a place of rest because fine-line tattooing requires exceptional focus and precision. Her schedule is intentionally designed to keep both the artist and the art healthy. Please choose from the appointment times offered and do not request availability outside those hours.

A request, followed by a personal review.
Bella’s schedule opens in three-month blocks so each accepted project receives the time and attention it deserves.

Bella reviews every submission herself for style, scope, placement, timing, and overall fit.

If accepted, you will receive an email with your next steps and private booking link.

If your project is accepted, your private booking link will keep appointments, updates, policies, and preparation details together.
Responses can take time because of request volume. If you do not hear from Bella during the current booking season, she was not able to accept the project in that round. Please also check your spam folder for the response email.

Each project is individually quoted according to size, placement, detail, estimated tattooing time, and custom design requirements. Pricing protects the care behind the work—it is never about fitting the greatest number of tattoos into a day.

Before your appointment
Prepare well. Arrive at ease.
Preparation noteAccepted clients receive reminders and complete preparation details through their private booking link. These essentials will help you arrive ready.
Hydrate your body & skin
Drink plenty of water and moisturize the area in the days leading up to your appointment. Working with dry skin is not optimal and may prevent the best possible result for your piece.
Rest
A good night’s sleep helps your body and mind arrive ready.
Dress for access
Wear comfortable clothing that exposes the area easily and can safely get ink on it.
Avoid blood thinners
For 24 hours beforehand, avoid alcohol, aspirin, ibuprofen, and fish oil.
Skip excess stimulants
Avoid energy drinks and too much caffeine before your session.
No numbing cream
Do not apply numbing products before your appointment.

Rescheduling
One emergency reschedule is complimentary.
We understand life emergencies come up. While we are happy to offer one complimentary reschedule, please reserve it for genuine emergencies. If a reschedule is needed, use the reschedule link through your private booking link. Additional changes remain subject to availability and may require a new reservation fee.
Design changes
Share significant changes early.
A major change in concept may require more design time or a different appointment date.
Guests
Adult support is welcome.
To preserve a focused studio experience, please arrange care for little ones during tattoo appointments.

Aftercare is part of the appointment.
You will leave with Bella’s specially curated aftercare balm and clear written instructions designed to give your tattoo its best opportunity to heal beautifully.

Designs are not sent in advance. You and Bella will review everything together before tattooing begins and make any final adjustments.
